2.7 Frame Structure:
– Main structure made of 100×100×4mm square tube
– Sides covered with 6mm steel plate, laser-cut LOTOS FORMING hollow letters
– Frame height: 700mm
– Top panel covered with 8mm steel plate
– Side portal frames and gearbox base additionally with 30mm steel plate, finished to 25mm
2.8 Roller Stand: Made of 110# cast iron portal frame with pressure strip engraved “LOTOS” (customized)
