1.Hydraulic Decoiler
1.1.The transmission of the rewinding power is driven by the motor through the reducer and the gear to
drive the main shaft.
1.2. Normal production uses brakes to generate tension The coil material can realize automatic operation and can be used for rewinding. Configure the wireless remote control to operate the uncoiler function.
1.3.capacity: 25 T
2. Leveleing Device & Maintanence :
2.1. It is good for improving the plates’ surface and do straightening then guiding the steel plates into next process.
2.2. Two hydraulic cylinders control the lifting of uncoiling rollers.
2.3 The press arm press on the coils is driven by BWY- 4 to feed the sheets into the pinch rollers
Hydraulic expandable shovel head, hydraulic press and head straightening device to help feed the sheets.
2.4. It is made by 5 leveling rollers, drive device , 2 pinch roller and frame. Each roller wheel is with power.
2.5. The gap between rollers can be adjusted manually to make sure the leveling quality.
2.6. Drive model: all the rollers and gear box drives by 22 KW motor.
2.7. Adopt two columns structures, a press device, can cut the 4X1650mm steel plates ;
The up and down blades which are alloy material 9CrSi can adjust their gap;
The machine is used for the steel shear and to make the plate easy to slitting machine
3.Looper 1
3.1. he pit is equipped with 2 groups of magic eyes to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitter
3.2. Magic eye is controlled by PLC.
3.3. The pit size: 4500mmX2000mmX5000mm.
3.4 Function : it is used to eliminate the different speed and make the plates which in wrong rail to back the right way. At first, the hydraulic cylinder lift the bridges to pass the steel sheets. when working , the bridges will lift down , the steel will be stored in the pit. There is equipped with the photo electricity devices to adjust the high or low speed to make sure the certain store quantity in pit.
4.Side guide device
4.1.It uses the vertical rollers of both sides to guide the plates into the slitting machine correctly.
4.2.The guide rollers are adjusted by the rods on both sides . The width range is 500-1650mm.
4.3. Function : it is used to prevent the sheet running to the wrong way. On both sides of the plates width way , the stand rolling are fixed on their own position and can adjust the width manually to match the different width plates. There are 4 rollers (quenching HRC55-58) which divided into 2 rollers on each side.
5.Slitter Device(110KW AC Motor)
5.1.Knife pivot specification: φ240x1650mm, material: 40Cr, heat treatment HB225-250.
5.2.Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ240mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device.
5.3.Power part: 110KW AC motor with JZQ 650 decelerator and universal coupling as well as gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.
5.4.Knife pivot press down device adopts the motor to lift up and down.6.5.It change the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.
6. Scrap winder (5.5KW frequency motor)
It consists of base, the shaft and plate for scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, decelerator and 5.5Kw motor ,etc.
7.Looper 2
7.1.The roller-table lift up and down by hydraulic. All the rollers on the table is chromed and between the rollers, it is designed with the Bakelite plate (Function: can prevent the sheets from scratching)
7.2.At the exit part of the roller table, it is designed with the pre-dividing device.
7.3.The size of the pit: 4000mm(L)x2000mm(W)x7000mm(D)
8.Tension stand & Cutting
8.1. It is composed of the base,pre-dividing device, tension press device and so on . It is used to divide the strips and adjust the tension power for rewinding to ensure the rewinding quality.
8.2. It is designed with two dividing device and press device. One hydraulic block device and two roller device.
8.3. The press rollers as well as the two-roller device at the exit part are equipped with the air cylinder to control the lifting.
8.4. The dividing shafts adopts the linear slider design which is convenient to change the slitting requirements according to cutting demand.
8.5. Adopt two columns structures, a press device, can cut the 4X1650mm steel plates ;

9.Recoiler (132KW AC Motor)25 Ton
9.1. It adopts the hydraulic expand and shrink to tight the coils inner diameter.
9.2. Designed with 8-fan-shaped plates which can be a round circle and machining as a whole to ensure the recoiling quality. It is designed with clip mouth and clip the strips heads.
9.3. It is designed with the hydraulic press arm equipped with the spacers to guarantee the even rewinding quality.
9.4.It is equipped with the hydraulic pushing device to unload the coils
9.4. 132KW AC motor can guarantee the rewinding quality.
9.5. Gear adopts casting ZG45,the surface of the gears is processed by quenching, HRC45°,
9.6. Designed with the seamless expand and shrink structure and clip-mouth so that when the strip heads insert into the clip-mouth, it will close automatically and start winding.
9.7. Press arm lift up and down by hydraulic and it is equipped with the pushing plate which is used to help pushing the coils to the coil car
