ERW Pipe Mill Line
Built with robust machine frames, precision rollers, and an intelligent PLC control system, the LT(32) Tube Mill Production Line offers stable operation, quick size changeovers, reduced maintenance requirements, and long service life. It is widely used for manufacturing round, square, and rectangular tubes for furniture, construction, automotive components, mechanical structures, and industrial applications, making it an ideal choice for tube manufacturers seeking high output, reliable performance, and cost-effective production.
Working flow:
Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and butt-welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling →mill-forming → high-frequency welding→ removing burrs outside of weld seam → Zinc spraying → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → run-out table.
