High Speed Tube Mill Machine


The LT(152) Tube Mill Line integrates key processes including steel strip feeding, forming, high frequency (HF) welding, sizing, straightening, and cutting. The forming section gradually shapes the steel strip into a tubular profile, while the HF welding system produces a continuous longitudinal weld with stable welding quality. The sizing and straightening sections ensure accurate tube dimensions and consistent finished-product geometry.

Working Flow:

Raw material (steel coil) → hydraulic decoiler+loading cart →shearing and butt-welding à Horizontal accumulator → mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling →sizing →Turkish head → cold cutting saw → roller conveyor → auto stacker

2. Shear and Butt-welder

Function

l Cut off the defective part at the beginning and end of the steel strip and the defective part in the middle of the coil.

l Cut the head and tail before butt welding, so that the butt welding joints are straight and aligned, which is beneficial to butt welding.

6.1

Weld seam guide frame

Used to control the opening of the round tube billet after forming at the 12 o’clock position and ensure a certain opening angle according to the process requirements.

6.2

Extrusion roller frame

l  Three-roller type, used to extrude and fuse the tube billets heated by high-frequency heating equipment together.

l  The side roll seat of the extrusion roll can be adjusted up and down, and the reduction motor is used for electric adjustment.

l  The rollers on both sides and the upper roller are pressed down as a whole, and the reduction motor is used to drive the worm gear and worm for adjustment.

External burr removal device

l  Used to cut off and scrape off the burr outside the pipe after welding and extrusion.

l  2 units of scrapers, double blade scar shaving

l  Used alternately or at the same time, changing the saw without stopping the machine, which can rise and fall quickly, and can be adjusted back and forth and up and down. The adjustment is convenient, including burr winding device.
