High Speed Tube Mill Machine
The LT(152) Tube Mill Line integrates key processes including steel strip feeding, forming, high frequency (HF) welding, sizing, straightening, and cutting. The forming section gradually shapes the steel strip into a tubular profile, while the HF welding system produces a continuous longitudinal weld with stable welding quality. The sizing and straightening sections ensure accurate tube dimensions and consistent finished-product geometry.
Working Flow:
Raw material (steel coil) → hydraulic decoiler+loading cart →shearing and butt-welding à Horizontal accumulator → mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling →sizing →Turkish head → cold cutting saw → roller conveyor → auto stacker
